Leadership TeamThe Leadership Team are five Sisters who are elected by the congregation for a period of six years, and they have two major areas of responsibility.

(Congregational Leader), Margaret Anne, Annette, Jane & Josephine The Leadership Team are committed to the responsibility of guarding and developing the Mission of the Congregation of the Sisters of Compassion. Continuing to rely on Divine Providence they aim to achieve this by: Fostering an environment for prayer and commitment to the Gospel Good Stewardship of the Congregation’s resources Working towards partnership with Board Directors and other Co-Workers. The Leadership Team has responsibility to care for all the Sisters in the Congregation. Over time the numerical proportion of elderly and frail sisters has increased, calling for a significant increase of pastoral attention from the leadership team.
