Sister Josefa Tikoisolomone supervises the kitchen and relieves when needed. Baking is also one of her gifts. Josefa is a keen gardener and often organises working groups. Sister is a Spiritual Director and has a number of directees. Conducting retreats and giving workshops to a wide group of people are other areas Josefa is involved in.
