A New Way of Living at Redwood House
Te Pūaroha Community is designed for those who feel drawn to living alongside like‑minded Christians. Residents will share in the daily rhythms that shape life at the Home of Compassion — prayer, hospitality, and a spirit of service.
At the heart of the community is a commitment to intentional Christian living: daily prayer, mutual support, and openness to serving others. Members will become part of the wider Compassion whānau, offering a gentle presence on weekends and helping continue the mission and values of Meri Hōhepa Suzanne Aubert.
A Supportive, Purpose‑Filled Environment
Our Lady’s Home of Compassion has always been a place where faith is lived through prayer, service, and manaakitanga. We want to create a space for people to deepen their faith while living in a supportive, safe, and purpose‑filled environment.
Residents may come from a range of Christian traditions. What unites them is a desire to live intentionally, grow spiritually, and share life in companionship with others.
Applications Now Open:
Expressions of interest are warmly welcomed from people who feel drawn to this way of life.
